Today, as it was more than a century ago

Sapori products come from the oldest Tuscan tradition, and still use the distinctive craftsmanship of their methods.
The unchanging passion of the Master Pastry Chefs, the respect and care for raw materials, are the secrets behind our products.

We knead and shape

The soft, fragrant, rich dough is ready for baking, taking care that the final product is the best it can be. The dough is prepared and cut depending on the product… in loaves or diamond shapes, for example Cantuccini or Ricciarelli.

Our packaging is done with care

After processing, baking and cooling, each product is ready for packaging; some are packaged automatically, others manually, as with hand-wrapped Panforte.
