Fig and Walnut Panforte

Unique flavour with dried fruit, no candied peel

The embracing sweetness of figs meets the intense character of walnuts. An exploration of softness and crunch, encapsulated in a rich and surprising reinterpretation of Panforte.

How Panforte Originated

Panforte originated from an ancient Sienese dessert called ‘panmelato’. The original recipe was enriched when the ‘speziali’, ancient pharmacists, added new ingredients to it.
