Traditional Almond Ricciarelli are gently placed on a layer of dark chocolate that envelops the base; two treats in one. The hard chocolate contrasts with the crumbly ricciarello and its soft centre in a triple sensation of sweetness.

Ingredients

A fine paste of stone-ground sweet and bitter almonds makes a unique, delicate dough. After standing for 48 hours it’s baked and a tasty chocolate base is added.
