Ricciarelli are covered with fine dark chocolate, a pleasant surprise at first bite. The traditional recipe is only different on the outside, as the ricciarello is still made following the exclusive Sapori recipe from 1850.

Ingredients

Our Ricciarelli, made with stone-ground sweet and bitter almonds and a rich sprinkling of powdered sugar, are left to stand for 48 hours, then baked, with a final coating of delicious dark chocolate.

We carefully select all our raw materials, so that our cakes have a unique taste and you give genuine moments of pleasure.
