The choice of slow rising and the use of yeast, refreshed every day, create a rich, genuine product made from selected wheat flour, fresh eggs from free-range hens, Italian fresh milk and butter, all perfectly blended with candied fruit and topped off with sugar coating and Piedmont PGI hazelnuts.


Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, whole Avola almonds, fresh eggs from free-range hens, semi-candied Italian fruit and fresh milk are the basic ingredients to create a masterpiece, like our Colomba.

We carefully select all our raw materials, so that our cakes have a unique taste and you give genuine moments of pleasure.
