Almond Ricciarelli

Ricciarelli go solo! This typical Tuscan sweet comes from a centuries-old tradition whose origin is still being debated. A lovely blend of sweet and bitter stone-ground almonds is processed to make a soft filling and a crunchy coating, almost a work of art. Intense, delicate, fragrant, an ode to the senses.


The almonds we use come from California, home to this versatile ingredient with fine taste and firm texture. They are then processed using black porphyry rollers, perfectly conserving the characteristics of the fruit.

We carefully select all our raw materials, so that our cakes have a unique taste and you give genuine moments of pleasure.
